DOMAINE DE LA TÊTE NOIRE
Domaine de la Tête Noire, in the heart of the Gigondas appellation, was created in 2008.
As a family, we decided to take up the challenge of taking over this young winery. We are working with passion to restructure the vineyard where all the vines are cultivated according to the principles of Organic Agriculture, in a way that respects people and our environment.
We take pleasure in helping you discover the beautiful terroirs of Gigondas, Vacqueyras and Cairanne, where our vines are planted.

Embraced by the Dentelles de Montmirail, Gigondas is a pleasant and peaceful little village. In Roman times, the village was rightly called "Jocunditas", which means joy or gladness.
The cultivation of vines in Gigondas goes back thousands of years. The passion for wine and a unique know-how in viticulture have been present in Gigondas since antiquity.
The Domaine de la Tête Noire is proud to be part of the cultural heritage of this magnificent region.
